We use Australia Post registered shipping which takes between 4-8 business days Australia-wide for standard shipping and 1-3 days for express.
If you are Adelaide based and would like to pick up your order, please email us at sales@thurstonandlovey.com.au to arrange the best pick-up location. we have two locations, one in Brooklyn Park and Norwood.

Thurston and lovey are happy to replace or offer online store credit if your item is faulty within 6 months of purchase. Please provide a description of the fault, images and your proof of purchase to sales@thurstonandlovey.com.au and our team will get back to you.
