Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. 

Registered Shipping: FREE over $60.00

Registered Shipping: flat rate of $10.00 under $59.99

Express Shipping: flat rate of $15.00

​We use Australia Post registered shipping which takes between 4-8 business days Australia-wide for standard shipping and 1-3 days for express.

​If you are Adelaide based and would like to pick up your order, please email us at sales@thurstonandlovey.com.au to arrange the best pick-up location. we have two locations, one in Brooklyn Park and Norwood. 

returns & refunds

Thurston and lovey are happy to replace or offer online store credit if your item is faulty within 6 months of purchase.  Please provide a description of the fault, images and your proof of purchase to sales@thurstonandlovey.com.au and our team will get back to you. 

If you purchased with one of our stockists, please raise the fault with them directly as we won't have record of your purchase.
